Black Widow has been waiting to see the light of the day for the past one year. And here comes the good news! The makers of Black Widow have finally announced the film’s release date. The movie will release in theatres on July 9.

Marvel Studios are doing every bit to heighten the curiosity of its fans. On Monday, the production banner unveiled a series of fresh character posters, including Scarlett Johansson’s titular Natasha Romanoff.

Talking about the film, Black Widow traces Natasha’s journey before she became an Avenger, delving into her past. The MCU film will also take us into the Red Room, where she got trained to become an assassin. In the action-packed thriller, Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.
