Don’t Breathe 2, starring Stephen Lang, is set to release in India on September 17. The film will be released in four languages — English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Directed by Rodo Sayagues, the film is a sequel to the 2016 horror thriller that was critically and commercially acclaimed. Sayagues has written the script with Fede Alvarez, who had directed the first film. Stephen Lang returns as a blind man. The sequel is set in the years following the initial deadly home invasion, where Norman Nordstrom (Stephen Lang) lives in solace until his past sins catch up. The other cast members include Brendan Sexton III and Madelyn Grace.

Don’t Breathe 2 takes place at least eight years after the last film and finds the Blind Man living in the woods. He is now far from the deserted Detroit neighbourhood he once haunted in grief after losing his beloved child.
