From common man to celebrity, the second wave of coronavirus has claimed several lives. Three more celebs have passed away within last two days. Actress Abhilasha Patil, who has worked in several films like Chhichhore, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Good Newwz and Malaal, succumbed to the deadly virus on May 5. Abhilasha was in Varanasi for a shoot and had returned to Mumbai a few days back. She developed Covid symptoms and was rushed to hospital. After fighting in ICU, the actress breathed her last on Wednesday.

On the other hand, veteran actress Sriprada too passed away on May 5 due to Covid related complications. Sriprada worked in many movies in the 80s’ and has shared the screen with actors like Dharmendra, Vinod Khanna, Gulshan Grover and Govinda. Also known as Shree Prada, the veteran actress has films like Purana Purush, Aag Aur Chingari, Sholay Aur Toofan, Meri Lalkaar, Shaitani Ilaaka, Aazmaiyish and Bewafa Sanam to her credit.

Popular Tamil actor-comedian Pandu, who has starred in several comic and character roles, breathed his last on May 6 in Chennai in a private hospital due to Covid-19. He was 74. Pandu and his wife Kumudha had tested positive for the virus recently and were admitted to a private hospital. His condition deteriorated on Thursday morning and he breathed his last at the hospital.
