Bollywood actress Minissha Lamba is all set to enter the digital space with Ullu App’s upcoming series, Kasak. It is the story of a girl, who was violently attacked and raped because of which she became semi-comatose for the rest of her life.

Hate Story 4 actress Ihana Dhillon will be playing the rape victim and Minissha will play her long-lost friend, who files a mercy petition for her. Shares Minissha, “The storyline had me in tears when I first heard it. I am playing the role of Minal, who is a social worker.”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.
