The gyms and all the fitness centres are closed, yet actress Nikita Rawal has been treating fans with some fantastic pictures. She almost has washboard abs and that’s absolutely enviable. Sharing her fitness mantra, Nikita says, “I have recently taken up yoga and meditation. Meditation has brought so much into my life. While I am meditating, I get like a bird’s eye view into my life and what adjustments need to be made.”

The actress adds, “I always loved yoga, but I didn’t practice it regularly. But off late I have been able to, since there isn’t much equipment at home to workout. And I must say it’s changed my energy systems and flow completely. Not only do I feel fitter, but mentally there is just no exhaustion. I recommend it to everyone.”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
