Snehalata Vasaikar is currently seen in Sony TV’s show Punyashlok Ahilyabai. The show depicts how even as a young girl, Ahilya was extra-ordinary. She dared to dream and refused to abide by the unjust rules of society. Apparently, shooting for the education track made the actress nostalgic about her school days.

She says, “I feel school days are the best days of our life. It is the formative period for everyone. School shapes our character and the basic principles of life. The current education track in the show fills my heart and soul with countless nostalgic memories from the school days. It’s like how they say, ‘Time moves in one direction, and memory in another!’ And I am happy that my parents felt education was critical and encouraged me to excel in academics. I also want the same for my daughter. I believe education moulds you as a person and guides you in the direction of becoming who you are.”
