Yoga is the way for 'Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2' actress Kanikka Kapur
In these challenging times, when it is difficult to find peace and stability, Kanikka Kapur, who is playing the lead role in Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2, has found her way to stay calm. At present, the actress is staying with her family in Delhi.
Kanikka, like her character in the show, is a focused girl, who believes in utilising every bit of her time in productive work. During this time, while she has taken up hobbies such as gardening, singing, writing poems, she also takes out time for yoga. “I have always preferred yoga over gym. Yoga is something that relaxes me, keeps my mind and body healthy,” she says.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now
in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is
run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any
bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and
partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense
of the term.
The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
