In two separate incidents, the police recovered 13 kg of poppy husk powder and 220 banned tablets from two drug peddlers. The cases have been registered at Jodhan and Sudhar police stations.

The accused have been identified as Kamaljit Singh, a resident of Khandur, and Happy Singh, a resident of Mohi village. Both individuals were taken into police remand, and further investigation is underway.

The police were on duty at Narangwal when an informer tipped them off about the accused's involvement in the sale and purchase of drugs. Following this tip-off, the authorities acted swiftly, apprehending the suspects and seizing the contraband.
