A two-day capacity-building training programme for scientists of Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) and Farm Advisory Service Centres (FASCs) concluded here today. It was organised by the Directorate of Extension Education, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU).

The training aimed at enhance the technical expertise of participating scientists to uplift the living standards of the farming community in Punjab.

Dr MS Bhullar, Director of Extension Education and Programme Director, said this training facilitated a platform for scientists to collaborate, share latest advancements and strategise solutions for farmers’ issues.

Dr Tarsem Singh Dhillon, Additional Director of Extension Education and Associate Programme Director, said experts delivered talks on cutting-edge agricultural practices and technologies.
