Booze lovers consuming alcohol outside liquor shops is a common sight in the city. Liquor shops have also kept water coolers and sell plastic glasses to people for drinking openly. Many a time people can be seen lying outside liquor shops in an inebriated state. Besides, liquor shops also do not follow the closure time guidelines and continue to sell liquor.
