A beverage van parked at a fair in Kot Gangu Rai village electrocuted a woman to death. The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Gurmeet Kaur, resident of Neelo Khurd. Gurmeet Kaur had reached Kot Gangu Rai village with her family to pay obeisance at the fair. The deceased’s son Amarinder Singh said when he sat in his car after paying obeisance, his mother Gurmeet Kaur was standing near the van. The owner of the vehicle was not near the van.
