Arora holds booth-level meets
Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora conducted a series of booth-level meetings across the Ludhiana (West) Assembly constituency on Tuesday. Addressing residents, he said these meetings aimed to establish direct contact with the public. He emphasised the importance of face-to-face interactions to engage with citizens and gather feedback.
Arora also presented an overview of his and the Punjab Government’s three-year performance, highlighting achievements under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. He criticised previous governments for neglecting major infrastructure projects, stating that key initiatives like the Halwara Airport, the elevated road, four bridges on the Sidhwan Canal, relaying of roads in Focal Point, and upgrades of ESI and Civil Hospitals had been stalled for nearly three decades. He also spoke about the ongoing campaign against drugs, asserting that the drive would continue until the menace was eradicated.
