Blackout in city

A blackout was imposed in Ludhiana around 10.20 pm. Ludhiana DC Himanshu Jain asked the city residents to stay inside and cover the windows. The power supply was completely shut down. Those on the roads were seen rushing towards their destinations. The DC has asked all hospitals and emergency services to activate their backup. He also asked people not to indulge in panic buying.
