Ludhiana: DAV Public School organised a Model United Nations (MUN) conference for students of classes VI to XII . The students displayed active engagement in insightful discussions on the two agendas — youth empowerment and Artificial Intelligence. The conference highlighted the dedication and acumen of around 300 students. The debates were well researched and showcased the remarkable depth of knowledge possessed by budding policymakers. Under each mock UN committee, prizes were given to the best delegate and for high commendation.

GGN Institute of Management and Technology (GGNIMT), Ghumar Mandi, organised freshers’ party (Aagman) and a talent hunt event (Reflexions). The event began with an address by Manjit Singh Chhabra, Director. Principal Dr Harpreet Singh congratulated the participants for showcasing their talents. Over 80 students participated in the personality contest for the titles of Mr and Miss Fresher. As many as 600 students from BCA, BBA, BCom (Hons), BHMCT (Hotel Management), BSc (Fashion Technology), MBA and MCA participated in various events such as literary, fine arts and cultural events such as fashion show, choreography and declamation.
