The CBSE has, however, issued several instructions to the students and schools for conducting the board exams smoothly. The students are required to reach the centres almost an hour before the exam. A principal at a local school here said the higher-ups at the CBSE were involved in the board examinations and were taking updates regularly. Webinars were also held prior to the beginning of the exams so that doubts, if any, in the minds of invigilators, examination controllers etc could be cleared. The CBSE has also constituted various teams to visit and ensure the smooth conduction of the exams and deal with cases of cheating.
