Civil Surgeon reviews AAC functioning

Civil Surgeon Pardeep Kumar Mohindra on Thursday visited Aam Aadmi Clinic (AAC) at Focal Point to review its functioning and ensure delivery of quality healthcare to the public.

During the visit, the Civil Surgeon interacted with patients to gather feedback on services provided at the clinic.

Patients expressed satisfaction with the medical care and accessibility of free medicines and diagnostic tests.

The Civil Surgeon emphasised on the importance of patient-centric care and instructed staff to address any grievances in a prompt manner.

The inspection also included a thorough review of medicine stock and record maintenance. The Civil Surgeon said the supply chain for essential drugs and consumables was intact and ensured proper documentation for transparency and accountability.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
