Congress Councillor Arun Sharma on Thursday submitted a complaint with Municipal Corporation Commissioner Aaditya Dachalwal against a clerk of the house tax branch of the MC.

On Wednesday the councillor, along with one of the residents of his area, went to meet the clerk for some property-related matter. The property was on the name of other person in papers while a court judgment was given against it.

“The clerk was not ready to listen despite the fact that we are having court judgment. The suspect did not agree to change the name in the ownership of the property. On Thursday, we have given a written complaint in this regard,” he said.
