The initiative was led by ADCP-IV, along with ACP East and Focal Point SHO.
The meeting was aimed at raising awareness among youngsters about harmful effects of drug abuse and encouraging them to stay away from narcotic substances. During the session, police officials interacted with local youth and community members, highlighting the collective role of society in combating the menace.
They also urged participants to spread awareness in their surroundings and to report any drug-related activities to the police, assuring strict action against those involved in the illegal drug trade.
The Ludhiana police reaffirmed its commitment to continue such outreach initiatives to strengthen the fight against drugs and build a healthy, drug-free society.
