Gymnasts from Ludhiana district (boys U-11) made their mark by securing the overall third position in the Punjab State Primary Schools Games, held at Sports Complex, Sector 78, Mohali from November 11 to 14.

Jaideep Singh, Yakshit Sharma and Harsh Kamboj, all trainees of the coaching centre, run under the supervision of Punjab Sports Department coach, Prem Singh, here at the multipurpose indoor hall, near Guru Nanak Stadium and Navjot Singh, a gymnast from Khanna enabled Ludhiana secure the third position at Mohali.

Jaideep Singh, a student of Police DAV School, Civil Lines, made his presence felt by winning the gold medal in an individual event. He secured the top position in the table vault event. District Sports Officer, Kuldeep Chugh appreciated the players and their coaches.
