Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials raided all premises of arhtiya Rajdeep Singh at Ikolahi village in Khanna early this morning. He is a close associate of former Congress minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu, who is presently lodged in jail.

Sources said the raid started around 4 am at Rajdeep’s shop, his office and house in the village. Till late noon, the raid was on.

Rajdeep’s family stays abroad. His name also cropped up in an illicit liquor case at Baho Majra and in the food grain tender scam in which the

former minister was allegedly involved.

The ED sleuths raided all premises and confiscated important documents from the premises.
