The complainant, Bhupinder Singh Dhillon, a resident of Samrala, told the police that the agent had promised to send his family to the USA and believing on his claims, money was also given to him in advance.

Instead of sending the family to that country, the suspect deceived them and kept moving them to other countries. The complainant along with his wife Jaspreet Kaur, daughter Talveen Kaur Dhillon and son Abhijot Dhillon were forced to roam in other countries due to the fraud committed by the agent. The latter did not arrange their visa for the USA. Even the money given to him was not returned to the victims.

Bhupinder had lodged a police complaint with the SSP, Khanna, and after a probe, a case was registered against the man.
