The Daresi police have registered a case under Sections 303 (2), 112 (2), 332, 3(5) of the BNS and 25, 52 and 59 of the Arms Act against four unidentified persons for looting a jeweller on the Karabara road on Wednesday. No arrest has been made so far.

According to the police, Rahul Verma has a jewellery shop, Sonica Jewellers, on the Karabara road. Four unidentified miscreants came to the shop and looted Rs 2,000 in cash and silver chains from Verma and fled the scene. The police are looking into the matter.
