Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, in collaboration with NFL, organised a free medical camp on Sunday.

The camp witnessed an overwhelming response, benefitting nearly 2,318 patients. Specialist doctors of cardiology, neurology, surgery, gastroenterology, endocrinology, nephrology, ophthalmology, paediatrics, dermatology, ENT, and obstetrics and gynaecology were available at the camp to assess patients. Physiotherapy and dietician consultations were also provided to the patients, along with health tips to the attendees. Patient were also provided free ECG, blood sugar, bone densitometry and blood pressure check-ups at the camp. During the medical camp patient were provided with free prescribed medicines, too. Needy patients, screened during the camp, will also be provided free cataract surgery (including lens and medicines) at the hospital and free Echo at the DMCH Hero Heart Centre.
