The ADCP said during investigation, it came to the fore that both the accused had been snatching mobile phones on knifepoint for a long time in the city. Tushar had three previous cases registered against him, the ADCP said, while adding that he was released from jail a few months ago. The accused were presented in a court which sent them to police custody for further interrogation.
