An unbeaten 65 runs by Gaurav Jain led CM Smashers to a convincing 59-run victory over Indra Okanions XI in a league match on the third day of the 8th JITO (Jain International Trade Organisation) Premier Cricket League at the Punjab Agricultural University ground on Tuesday. This marked CM Smashers’ second consecutive victory, following their 16-run win over Paraswa Royal Strikers the previous day.

CM Smashers posted 141 runs. Gaurav Jain remained unbeaten on 82 runs, which included 11 boundaries and two sixes. In reply, Indra Okanions XI could only manage 82 runs. Gaurav was named the player of the match.

In the second match of the day, ATC Strikers triumphed over Paraswa Royal Strikers by 37 runs. ATC Strikers posted a total of 143 for three and in response, Paraswa Royal Strikers could only manage 106. Kushal Khetan of ATC Strikers, who remained not out on 72 runs from just 18 balls, was awarded the player of the match.

Pro Riders United XI, with a total of 158 for 6, defeated Sudarshan Tigers, who scored 124 for eight, by 34 runs. Jaish Jain of Pro Riders United was named player of the match for his outstanding 101 runs off 33 balls.
