However, in the letter issued today by the Education Department, nothing about the timings of principals was mentioned but verbal instructions are passed on to them to adjust according to the school requirement.

One of the principals said that the letter did not mention anything about the principal but verbally they had been told to make adjustments accordingly. “So if we leave by 3 pm, the next in command will be responsible for the rest of the day at the school,” the principal added.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
