Kavya and Saesha logged wins in their respective semi-finals to set up the title clash in the girls singles U-15 category in the Ludhiana District Table Tennis Tournament that commenced at Shastri Hall, near Guru Nanak Stadium, here on Saturday. Around 200 players, in different age categories, are taking part in this tournament.

Kavya beat Priyanka and Saesha defeated Gauranshi to secure berths in the title clash. In the boys U-15 section, Shivansh, Abhirvey, Kovid and Ryan stitched up victories to advance into the semi finals.

Kavya, also made it to the final in the U-17 group as she overpowered Saesha to book her place in the final, where she would take on Yashvi who got the better of Sanya. In the girls U-19 category, Sehajpreet Kaur outwitted Yashvi and Jasmeen outperformed Sanya to book their berths in the summit clash.
