The factory, which manufactures garments, was located on the ground floor, while the owner and his family resided on the first and second floors. The owner recounted the incident and said that he woke up after he saw smoke billowing from the ground floor. He saw the fire on the ground floor and quickly sprung into action, evacuating his mother to safety before the flames spread rapidly throughout the building.

The fire was so intense that it caused huge damage to the property, including the destruction of household goods and equipment.
