The accused have been identified as Khushal, alias Ballu, of Raju Colony, Prince Sharma of Bhamian Kalan and Shankar of the Tibba road.

ASI Mahinder Raj said that on July 14, the body of a man was found in a garbage dump on Tibba road. During investigation, it came to light that the accused and the deceased Kataria (25) had consumed alcohol on July 13 night. Consuming liquor in excess, the Kataria’s condition deteriorated and he died. The accused then threw the deceased in a garbage dump and fled.

Next morning, the body was found and investigation was launched. The ASI said raids were being conducted to nab the accused.
