Partik secured the first prize in the major theme category, “Future Ready Food System,” showcasing his exceptional research aimed at addressing nutritional security. This remarkable achievement was accomplished under the expert mentorship of his major advisor, Dr Hira Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Vegetable Science.
Sharma presented a paper entitled “Characterization of Palak (Beta vulgaris var bengalensis) germplasm for nutritional properties to mitigate hidden hunger.”
The award recognises the dedication and excellence of both the student and his mentor in advancing knowledge within vegetable science, reflecting the high standards of innovation upheld at PAU.
