Abhirami Anilkumar, MSc Entomology student at the Department of Entomology, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has brought laurels to the university by getting selected as “the favorite presenter” during an international programme on “growing dreams, harvesting visions, cultivating the future of farming,” held at the University of Padjadjaran, West Java Province, Bandung, Indonesia, as a part of the International Student Conference on November 1.

She presented her paper virtually on the topic “Diversity of borers in fruit crops of India and their integrated management”. The student is working under the guidance of Dr Sandeep Singh, Principal Entomologist (Fruits), Department of Fruit Science, PAU.
