SAD faction joins Akali Dal Waris Panjab De
The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) Fateh, a breakaway faction of SAD (Amritsar), officially merged with Akali Dal (Waris Panjab De) at Gurudwara Reru Sahib, Sahnewal. The announcement was made by SAD (Fateh) president Jaskaran Singh Kahan Singh Wala and senior vice president Jaswant Singh Cheema, marking a shift in Punjab’s regional political landscape.
The event was attended by Member of Parliament Sarabjeet Singh Khalsa, along with Tarsem Singh, father of jailed Waris Punjab De leader and MP Amritpal Singh. Also present were Kaar Seva Head Jathedar Baba Major Singh, Paramjit Johal among others.
