SHO thrashed by man accused of kidnapping
Station House Officer (SHO) of the Sarabha Nagar police station inspector Neeraj Chaudhary was attacked inside the station by a man, who is a suspect in an abduction case. On the complaint of the SHO, the police registered an attempt-to-murder case against the suspect, Jatinder Singh, alias Kali, a resident of Tharike road, Ayali chowk.
Chaudhary, who is the complainant in the case, stated in the FIR that Kali and his four accomplices had abducted a man and beaten him up. They had also made a video of the victim after abducting him. A case was then registered on the complaint of the victim against Kaki and the other suspects, identified as Amandeep, Gurinder, Kaka and Dulla. On Monday, when Kaki was being questioned by the SHO, he tried to kill him.
