A speeding car wreaked havoc on a road near Samrala Chowk in the Janakpuri area on Friday evening. Four persons were injured when the vehicle hit them. The car hit a motorcyclist and a cyclist, then ran over two other pedestrians. Two of the victims suffered serious injuries and others got minor injuries.

After receiving information about the incident, the police reached the scene and started investigation.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
