According to ASI Sukhmander Singh, Balwant Singh of Baghian Khurd village had filed a complaint that Parminder Singh had promised to send his son and daughter-in-law to the US. Instead of sending the couple to America, he sent them on a journey to several countries. He kept assuring to send them to America soon.
