Triple delight for Arunima, Vakul

Arunima Pal and Vakul Sharma proved their mettle by winning three titles each in the women’s and men’s sections, respectively, in the Ludhiana District Badminton Tournament organised by the District Badminton Association, Ludhiana, that concluded here at Shastri Hall near Guru Nanak Stadium.

Arunima wrapped up titles in the women’s singles, women’s doubles and mixed doubles sections while Vakul fetched top honours in the men’s singles, men’s doubles and mixed doubles categories

Similarly, Amelia Bhakko won three titles (in girls’ singles and doubles U-15 and doubles U-17 groups).
