Started with an aim to sensitise the youth about drugs and engage them in sports, a two-day football tournament by Khanna police concluded on Saturday.

SSP Khanna Amneet Kondal said the police have already launched a crackdown against drugs menace and stern action is being taken against peddlers. She added such sports events were being held to sensitise people about the harmful impact of drugs.

Meanwhile, the Football Training Centre (FTC), Khanna, won the first prize and FTC Machhiwara, FTC Daoumajra won the second and third prize, respectively. Taran Grewal (from Football Training Centre team, Khanna) was adjudged the player of tournament.
