Today, a 39-year-old man and his wife tested positive for Covid-19, taking the total number of positive cases in Ludhiana district to 11.

The Health Department has advised people to get tested in case they develop flu-like symptoms. While residents were urged against creating panic, officials have advised patients suspected to have contracted the virus to isolate themselves.
