Two miscreants tried to loot the gold chain of a woman at Gagandeep Colony here.

When she was returning home after picking up her daughter from school on a Honda Activa, she was chased by two bike-borne persons.

When she stopped near her house, the duo tried to snatch her gold chain due to which she lost balance over her scooter and it fell on the road, following which she raised an alarm. Afterwards, they fled the scene. Kin of the woman filed a complaint with the police.
