Women employees of Alliance Air, the Indian Women Pilot Association, Aeronautical Society of India and some other institutions participated in the event.

The run was undertaken in the vicinity of the Alliance Air office near the Domestic Terminal of the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, with medical screening, sanitisation, social distancing and Covid precautions being taken.

Underprivileged children from Vanphool school across the Yamuna also participated in the hour-long event, according to a statement issued by Alliance Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air India.
