Bharatiya Janata Party’s national president JP Nadda said on Sunday that he had tested positive for coronavirus.

Nadda, who’s convoy was attacked on a recent visit to West Bengal—an event that has become the latest flashpoint between the BJP-ruled Centre and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress—announced his health status in a tweet on Sunday.

In his tweet, Nadda said he was isolating himself at home and asked people who have recently come in touch with him to get themselves tested.
