Prisoner dies, 30 cops hurt in UP jail clash
Farrukhabad (UP): A prisoner was allegedly killed and 30 policemen injured in a clash at a district jail here on Sunday after the death of another man due to dengue. The prisoners allegedly hurled stones at the policemen after hearing about the death of an inmate, identified as Sandeep Yadav, in Saifai Medical College due to dengue. The police, however, claimed that another prisoner, Shivam, who died later, was also suffering from an ailment. PTI
