Congress leaders will go to people against government’s public assets monetisation move, with the party chalking out a pan-India outreach plan led by senior leaders, including Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge.

The party has planned press conferences in several state capitals starting August 31, when Congress general secretary Mukul Wasnik will address the media at Guwahati. On September 1, Kharge will be in Hyderabad for the media outreach. — TNS
