Fazilka: A day after the SAD pulled out of the NDA, former Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal held a massive rally here on Sunday, squarely blaming the Centre and the Punjab Government for the new farm laws. Flashing a copy of the Punjab Congress poll manifesto, she said the Congress too had promised e-trading of crops and privatisation of mandis in the state. Wooing the farmers, she said the SAD and the Badal family was ready to make any sacrifice for their welfare. OC
