Pateria, whose videos asking people and workers to “be prepared to kill Modi to save the Constitution”, later claimed the video was doctored and that he meant to “defeat Modi in elections.”

Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra personally directed registration of an FIR against Pateria terming his remarks “dangerous.”

“This is another reflection of the Mussolini and fascist mindset of the Congress. Just few days back Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge called Modi ji Ravan. This is their habit. I’ve asked the SP to book Raja Pateria,” said Mishra.

Pateria is heard saying in video, “Modi will destroy elections. He will divide people based on caste and religion. If Constitution has to be saved, you should all be eager to kill Modi.”
