A team of NIA officials today visited the Thane residence of Mansukh Hiran, who was allegedly murdered days after an explosives-laden SUV was found near industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s residence in Mumbai, and met his family members in connection with its probe in the case.

Officials in the agency said, the NIA sleuths went to Hiran’s residence at Vikas Palms society in Thane this afternoon and interacted with his family members.

This is second time that senior NIA officials have visited Hiran’s residence, the officials said. — TNS
