The Delhi High Court today issued summons to yoga guru Ramdev on a plea accusing him of making statements against allopathic medicines and claiming Patanjali’s Coronil kit to be a cure for Covid-19.

The court, however, refused to restrain him at this stage saying the allopathic profession was not so fragile. It, however, orally asked Ramdev’s counsel to tell him not to make provocative statements. The suit has been filed by the Delhi Medical Association. The matter will be heard on July 13.— PTI
