New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday reserved its verdict in a petition seeking shifting of the trial in the Public Distribution System (PDS) scam from Chhattisgarh to another state. A Bench headed by Justice RF Nariman reserved the order after hearing arguments from senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani on behalf of petitioner Girish Sharma, who sought transfer of the trial and monitoring of PDS scam-related cases by the top court.
