Prime Minister Narendra Modi early Thursday completed his COVID-19 vaccine schedule getting the second dose of the jab at AIIMS New Delhi.

One of the nurses in his vaccination team was Nisha Sharma from Punjab.

After the vaccination, the PM tweeted, “Got my second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at AIIMS today.

Vaccination is among the few ways we have, to defeat the virus.”

The PM urged people to get inoculated against the virus saying “If you are eligible for the vaccine, get your shot soon. Register on CoWin.gov.in.”

The nurses who administered the vaccine included P. Niveda from Puducherry who had administered the first dose to the PM and Nisha Sharma from Punjab.
