The peerless contributions made by Sonu Sood during COVID-19 pandemic has not only earned him a special place in people’s heart, but also SpiceJet, which went gone out of the way unveiling a special livery with an image of the actor wrapped on its Boeing 737 aircraft.

Sharing the video, Spicejet wrote, “The phenomenally-talented @SonuSood has been a messiah to lakhs of Indians during the pandemic, helping them reunite with their loved ones, feed their families and more.”

Amidst lockdown, SpiceJet and Sonu Sood had teamed up to repatriate thousands of stranded Indians, including thousands of students stranded abroad.

In an emotional tweet, Sonu Sood thanked everyone, he wrote: ”Remember coming from Moga to Mumbai on an unreserved ticket. Thank you everyone for all the love. Miss my parents more. @flyspicejet”
